Own system for reducing deviations through steam and temperature. Up to 69% reduction in deviations is achieved without compromising the internal structure of the cap.

02. Detection of deviations using Manual Sniffing + Arrow-Intuvo-MS/MS Chromatography:
After analyzing different technologies in depth, we have concluded that the best system to detect and eliminate deviations that may remain after the controls and the reduction of Vigas·18 is a combination of manual sniffing and Arrow-Intuvo-MS/MS chromatography that allows us control up to six times faster than traditional chromatography, reaching the same quantification limits.

After studying all the existing technologies, J·Vigas opts for manual detection as the best detection system.

We have two sniffing machines with manual detection: Cap-by-cap review by qualified personnel after a process that enhances unwanted aromas such as haloanisoles, including TCA, and other sensory deviations.

J·Vigas works with a new chromatograph that allows analysis to be carried out with great precision and a speed six times greater than conventional chromatography.

According to our studies, there is no other device on the current market that gives such reliable results in 4 minutes of analysis.
